Judith Teodoro

Introduction
Judith Teodoro was born on the island of São Miguel, where she attended primary school, middle school and high school. In 1992, after successfully gratuating in law, she started her career at Banco Português de Investimento, in Lisbon. When She returned to the Azores in 1994, he joined the staff of Banco Comercial dos Açores, which was eventually acquired by Banco Banif SA. Later, in 1999, Judith founded the law firm JT Lawyers.
Judith is currently a foreign legal consultant for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is therefore qualified to provide legal advice on Portuguese law. In addition, Judith is an active member of the media in the Portuguese diaspora, in the newspapers Portuguese Times (New England), Portuguese Tribune (California), Voz de Portugal (Montreal), Correio dos Açores (Azores), Correio da Manhã (Toronto), publishing articles on Portuguese law and, occasionally, podcasts on the radio and television channels CIRV RADIO (Toronto), WJFD (New England), Centre-Ville (Montreal), FPTV and Portuguese Channel.
Judith’s life motto is in line with St. Augustine: “Love is my weight. Wherever I go, it carries me”.
